Dear parents/carers and community,
the Swimming School Scheme will occur Monday 19 November to Friday 30 November (Week 6 and 7) at the Dubbo Aquatic and Leisure Centre. Its instensive learn to swim program consists of daily 45 minute lessons conducted by qualifed teachers. The program is designed to develop confidence and provide students with basic skills in water safety.
Who takes part?
Students in Year 2 and, students in 3-6D(all years) and K6D(all years)
Cost
$30 for pool entry which should be paid once confirmed that your child is eligible.
Parents will receive a confirmation note informing if there child is eligible and payment should be returned by Friday 16 November.
Requirements
Swimmers, towel and thongs (for walking from the pool
Sunscreen and hat
Tshirt or rash shirt (students must swin in either)
Girls hair must be tied back
Warm clothing if the weather is cool
Students may use their season pass if applicable
Students must have these items each day they attend. Teachers and staff will not be responsible to provide required items as they are the responsibility of students.
